The game which started around 20:00pm and 8:00pm in Nigerian time ended up victory to the Nigerian team after the team knocked the opposite team two (2) goals to nill.
Nigeria went unbeaten in the knock out stage of the tournament, tagged the best team in the tournament after Umar Sodiq made his debut in the first half of the game, diving an amazing goal to the opponent team.
Few minutes in to the second half, Nigerian best winger, Simon Moses was brought to the match and make another blockbuster assist to the team captain, Trust Ekong in the 75th minute of the game.
Nigeria made eight changes to their starting lineup, with their spot in the knockout stages already secured. Premier League trio Troost-Ekong, Wilfried Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho were the only players to keep their place.
